โStaying in Gran Ciasa second time. It is absolutely exceptional hotel, Iโd rate it 11/10 (a la Spinal Tap)
1) Absolutely stellar personnel from check in to waiters.
2) Hotel is stylish and looks so clean and detailed.
3) perfect after ski section: sauna/pool/massage
4) separately mention chef, our best regards to him
5) even the storage @ checkout is well though โ
โThe hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. Itโs a 25-35โ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.โ
โStaffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.โ

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The location was also good as it was halfway between Ortisei and Cortina D'Ampezzo. The staff was nice.โ
โFantastic hotel with a great location! Will for sure come back next time we are in Dolomites. The rooms have great view over the valley and the mountains. Breakfast was great with everything you might want. And their pool/sauna area is perfect for late afternoon relaxing after spending the day hiking. I also had to take some work calls while there and their WiFi is outstanding. There is also strong 4G signal in the area. โ
โOur stay at Mountain Design Hotel was beyond amazing. From the time we checked in until the moment we left nothing could have been better. We were very fortunate to have met the owner Rowland. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His suggestion of hiking trails put us on the best hike that we have ever done. Nydelig frokost der du fikk det du ba om. Fint rom. Var varmt i Santa Cristina da vi var der, men vifta pรฅ rommet funket supert. Vi koste oss maks ved bassenget pรฅ taket, med nydelig utsikt til fjellet vi gikk en tur ved tidligere pรฅ dagen. Hotellet anbefales pรฅ det varmeste. โ
