"This place is clean, quiet, conveniently located, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I had a private room for two nights with a shared bathroom and plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay with R10 again!"

"The hotel design is really lovely - room without window is not ideal - It can be noisy at night as the bar/restaurant is not really separated from the beautiful gallery where the rooms are located - However, it got quieter after 11:00pm and I slept well - worth staying, if only for the design - breakfast was delicious "

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."

"The facilities are top! The steam rooms and spa amenities make your whole trip. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "

"The place was clean and just right for an overnight stay. The only issue was the coffee at breakfast.
You would think that a hospitality business from Colombia would have great coffee. Let me put it this way… in the restaurant business one of the last impressions of a restaurant is the coffee they serve after dinner. If the coffee is bad, the customer leaves with that impression. The same thing happened here."
"This hotel was fantastic and incredibly convenient to the airport. The location was perfect, yet surprisingly it was not nearly as noisy as I expected. The property felt very secure, and the hotel itself was beautiful.
My suite was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the shower and Jacuzzi tub were excellent. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and relaxing.
The included breakfast buffet was well stocked and attended in a nice setting .
My only minor critique was the minibar, which seemed a bit underwhelming. The refrigerator only contained one Gatorade, one beer, and two bottles of water. That said, there is a small store downstairs where you can easily purchase drinks, snacks, and other essentials.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!"
"Everything was great . Nice staff super friendly and helpful, clean properly and room. Well located, and has airport shuttle. Food was great And the breakfast was excellent . Only complaint we had was the traffic and street noise outside but the hotel can't do much about that. Except maybe better windows. Great Hotel and we'll stay there again."
"The service at the restaurant was slow. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it was served well-done. I ordered a potato with butter and they brought me french fries. I asked the waitress about my potato and she said they didn't have any at the moment."
