โWorst hotel in my life. I arrived at about 12 o'clock at night due to the flight delay. Check-in time had passed and the door was closed. I called because there was a phone number for late check-in, but I could not connect. I was going to be homeless, but I was able to sleep in the room with the help of other guests. I went down at six o'clock the next day and told the staff (I don't know her name) what happened last day and checked in even in the morning. But the staff did not apologize and...
โLoved the location, the room, and the ease of checkin. It felt like we were on a street in โreal Bordeauxโ but we were a five minute walk from the tourist center. Easy self check-in (they send you a code an hour beforehand) and lovely breakfast. Next time weโll stay longer!!โ
โJust an incredible stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The linens, furniture, bed and bathroom were so comfortable. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We will be back! โ
