"This hotel is always immaculate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options right in the hotel. Centrally located, but just far enough away from the plaza area of downtown to be away from crowd noise. We purchased one of the mid tier suites, but were upgraded to a balcony suite. Staff didn’t know this, but we were celebrating a birthday, so that was a nice little gift. All the times we have stayed, the staff has always made us feel like a truly valued guest. "

"The pool was closed for winter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. "

"The facilities overall was excellent. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was chilly. Our bedroom had 2 TV's, however one of them wasn't working correctly. One slightly downside was not having a power outlet on both sides of the bed. I had to charge my phone from the desk instead of by the bed. We only had the breakfast once. It was ok but not great. I did not have a waffle while I was there. It was offered and they smelled really good. I had scrambled eggs and sausage patties. They were underwhelming. Sausage patties could have had some seasoning... salt a pepper helped some but not really. The scrambled eggs had a different texture... again salt and pepper helped some. The exercise room seemed nice, however I did not use it. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and polite and helpful. "
