Pool good. Breakfast good. Room was kinda not finished. No toilet paper on the rolls just 1 roll an a 1/4 roll of tp on back of toilet. And the plug situation was kinda scary with so many plugs and extensions plugged into more was not feeling very safe. Door from room to pool didn’t work so kinda disappointed with that too.

The good: comfortable bed and bedding, the Saffron restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was good. The bad: appears short staffed, no one at the front desk when we arrived, eventually had to call a posted number and the employee said they were on break, and would be back in 20 minutes. Others were waiting and we eventually wandered off. We came back later and were able to check in. Property is looking tired. Parking lot needs resurfaced, landscaping and building needs refurbished, room was worn, and bathroom sink did not drain and stayed full of water for the time we occupied the room. We counted three cockroaches in the bathroom. Other things to consider: pricing was good through Expedia, great location i.e. close to airport, freeway entrance and off ramp, pretty easy to get downtown and to riverwalk, parks etc. nearby properties also looking sketchy. I have stayed at a number of Windham properties as I traveled extensively for business before I retired. This was definitely not up to their previous standards.

Pictures are no where close to what this place looks like. When it was the holiday Inn it was a nice looking place great rooms great everything now that it’s the Ramada it’s ran down they don’t take care of anything. The rooms stink, the building looks like it’s falling apart, you pay $100 plus a night and the pool is freezing cold can’t be used, the hot tub is cold and couldn’t be used. I told staff and they said they would come check the temp and come look at it and they didn’t come look at it or fix it. You pay extra for pool side rooms but the sliding glass doors are sealed shut so it’s technically not pool side. I will never stay here again

I’m not sure you should be asking me about that hotel. It’s probably one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. It’s old. It’s ugly needs to be updated. The carpet is scuzzy into carpet, the walls are ugly. The bed was comfortable however I did sleep well. The TV did not work very well.

The property has obviously been recently renovated from another hotel business and there was some still small amounts of construction debris in the bathroom area It appeared that there were sliding glass doors that had been turned into full length windows other guest would stand outside of talk loudly after hours. The highlight of the facility is the Indian restaurant in the building. Superb food and great staff. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant.

The most comfortable bed on our 10 day trip! By the time we hit this hotel, we were exhausted. It was by far the best bed we had slept in over the course of 10 days and 4 hotels.

This a nice little hotel for a great deal! It is clear the owners take pride and go through great effort to keept, what is no small space, clean and well presented. While the hotel is certainly showing its years in places, you will find modern amenities like a microwave and mini fridge in your room. I felt the love the owners have for this little hole in the wall and it is our new favorite staycation!! Stop by and check out the AMAZING heated pool and hot tub for a quick soak and retire to a crazy reasonably priced room right by the pool.

Was a last minute decision to stop for the night. Grateful for the quiet, comfortable place to stay. Being handicapped, the room was easily accessed and exactly what we needed, to rest.
