Im glad I booked this hotel for my first visit to Manila Philippines. The price point for the amenities was great. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the rooms. When walking barefoot on the tile floor in my room there was not a speck of dirt I needed to brush off when climbing into bed. I asked for a quite room and was delighted with their accommodation. The air-conditioning was great with no noise and I had to turn it down after 15 minutes.The hallway had potable water available so you could refill room decanter and store in refrigerator to chill. The rooms had complimentary instant coffee, tea, sugar and cream, with hot water pot and of course coffee cups. The only issue I had, because I was in far corner of hote, was internet was not consistent and during peak hours was noticeable slow. The staff was considerate and security was spot on and they had lockable safes in room for laptops, and the water pressure was awesome! If I travel back this way I will stay here again! Thanks!!

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.
