โDO NOT GO HERE. This place is infected with cockroaches. You will experience cockroaches in your bed when you wake up, crawling on you in your sleep. I went here to have some rest from exhausting work, and found a cockroach on the desk. I called the front desk and they said pest control is not available at 11PM, rooms are fully booked, and they do not have authority to give me a refund or any compensation. I tried to cope with the cockroach which I haven't found, and went to sleep at 1:30AM...
โThe lack of eating options in the hotel itself and out of it was disappointing but they did let me know ahead of time and during check in so I wasnโt worried. Overall the rooms were spacious with very convenient furniture to put your belongings. With this in mind and the low price compared to other locations near by, I would highly recommend this location for a stay. โ
โThe kids had a great time in the pool area and as always we loved the breakfast. Although they were a little disappointed that the pancake machine was broken. โ
โThe Westin in Lombard is a beautiful hotel. Conveniently located just off the highway, plenty of parking, lovely, clean well appointed rooms and the most respectful and curtious staff. โ
โOne of my best stays. Started with the check in desk and the professional way I was treated and went on to a wonderful room on the 8th floor. That includes if I wanted bottles of water by the check in women. I did not get the opportunity to dine at your property but I am sure it would have been a great experience. "The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
