Perfect location for city break

Really nice apartment very close to bars and restaurants. Outside terrace is a real bonus and very private - a real suntrap and perfect for morning coffee. Only caution is that it's up 3 flights of stairs and no lift otherwise perfect.

Antonio was very helpful and responsive during check in. The flat was neat and clean. Everything needed included in kitchen. We just wish there was a crib and feeding chair for baby.

Fabulous rooftop apartment with outdoor space

Fabulous check in process. Antonio couldn’t have been more helpful and was waiting for us on the doorstep when we arrived. The property was perfect for our needs, with a good level of kitchen equipment and we loved having a little outdoor space to enjoy drinks and food. Comfortable bed, pillows, a great shower and use of a washing machine was really helpful. Location was quiet and about 20 minutes walk into the city centre but we enjoyed the local coffee shop each morning, a few nearby restaurants and Aldi round the corner. One thing to bear in mind is the property is in the eaves with some lower roof spaces and up 54 steps without a lift!!

Perfekt til børnefamilien

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Bologna. Lejlighedens beliggenhed var central og den passede perfekt til en børnefamilie på 4 personer. Det eneste vi savnede var en støvsuger, så vi kunne gøre lidt rent selv i løbet af ugen.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Apartment sehr genossen! Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil wirklich interessant und sehr geschmackvoll gewählt – besonders die schnuckelige Leseecke hat es mir angetan. Die Mini-Terrasse ist ein schöner zusätzlicher Bonus. Das Apartment ist großzügig und gut geschnitten, es bietet viel Platz und ist gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Es war makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Antonio verlief schnell und problemlos, was den gesamten Ablauf sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt: Es liegt mitten in der Stadt, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt, und trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Cafés befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Haupt-Shoppingstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Goede ligging ten opzichte van winkels, trein en centrum met alle bezienswaardigheden. Appartement zeer schoon en goede voorzieningen; op bovenste verdieping dus eel traplopen. Niet geschikt voor wie slecht ter been is.

L’appartement a beaucoup de charme. Il est spacieux, chaleureux, lumineux et il a toutes les commodités nécessaires. La communication a été facile et l’accueil personnalisé. Il y a deux épiceries à 2-4 min de marche. La station de train est à 15 min à pieds. Et même chose tour la Piazza Magorre à 15 minutes tout au plus. J’ai adoré les 4 nuits dans cet appartement. Lit confortable, beaucoup d’espace et excellent rapport qualité-prix. Mieux qu’à l’hôtel car j’ai pu faire mon lavage en plus. Bref, je le recommande.

Çok güzel ve rahat bir evdi. Küçük terası, konforlu yatak ve oturma alanıyla kısa bir tatil için ihtiyaç duyulan her şeye sahipti. Konumu tren istasyonu ile şehir merkezinin tam ortasında ana caddenin hemen arkasındaydı. Genel olarak çok beğendik ve tekrar geldiğimizde yeniden konaklarız.

Appartamento carino e accogliente,(ubicato all'ultimo piano dello stabile) adatto ad una coppia con un figlio piccolo (4-9 anni). Personale gentile e disponibile, zona molto comoda per spostamenti con il treno vista la vicinanza a piedi alla stazione centrale.
