“The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

“It is close to the train station, which was the main reason we chose this place and was very convenient. Communication with the host was somewhat sketchy. I sent the message thru hotels.com, which was not responded. The host sent a message in Italian thru WhatsApp for check-in on the day we were arriving. I did not see the message until I arrived in front of the building since I do not regularly check the WhatsApp, so y called her. The host said someone was coming in two minutes, but he came...
