We had a fantastic stay at hotel Regina. The staff treat you like a family. They surprised us with a nice gift ( bottle of wine) after a long day hiking in the seceda.highly recommended hotel.

Easy location next to train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available at 5:30 am. Staff at desk was friendly and efficient. The man in the morning was kind of crabby though. Recommend staying there, especially if you have an early train to catch.

Great central hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and well equipped. Directly across from the train station and a short walk to Walther square, shops, and the South Tyrol Archaeological Museum. I would stay here again, and would recommend it.

Hotel Regina is conveniently located to the shopping district and many dining options. The staff recommended several wonderful options including Batzen, a local brewery with fine German food. Hotel Regina is also an easy walk to the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology, the home of Otzi, the ice man. Hotel Regina is a nice, convenient hotel in the heart of Bolzano.

Updated older hotel. Great location near train station and bus station. Five minutes walk to historic center and Walterplatz, ice man museum. Very helpful staff.

Great Location for Exploring Bolzano

Located across the street from the train station and only a five minutes walk to the main plaza, Hotel Regina is in a great location for shopping and for going to the Ötzi museum. The front desk staff was friendly and we especially appreciated their help in locating a self service laundromat nearby. Our room was quiet and spacious and the breakfast provided many food choices, including espresso coffee options.

Great location, friendly and clean

Great location, close to station and city centre. Friendly and helpful reception, nice clean room. Bathroom would benefit from modernisation. Had little time for breakfast due to early train. Had one small bread roll left on my plate but was not allowed to take it with me. The hotel is expensive so it seems petty to be ultra strict on this.

Breakfast here is the real drawcard with plenty of choice and local and house made options. The rooms are just so so. The hotel is a little dated and could do with some freshening up. The floor in the bedroom was uneven under a thin carpet. That said the staff were friendly it was a great location right opposite the station.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. Reception and Restaurant staff was co-operative. Facilities were however unsatisfactory. Lift is too old and takes ages to reach the fourth floor. Room was tidy but due to disfucntional air-conditioning and the rising temperature, the stay was not so pleasant. The hotel staff was friendly enough and I was relieved of the parking payment to compensate the air-condition issues.

What a gem. The location is superb, almost directly across the street from the main train station. Desk staff speak beautiful English and were very helpful. One couldn't ask for a better experience in Bolzano.
