Un hotel davvero eccezionale che colpisce per il suo stile unico e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile in ogni occasione, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La colazione merita una menzione speciale: pur essendo essenziale, offre prodotti di qualità che hanno soddisfatto tutta la famiglia, compresi i nostri bambini. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari, con un design che unisce funzionalità ed estetica.
Particolarmente apprezzabile la cura profusa in ogni ambiente, testimoniata anche dal piacevole profumo che caratterizza sia i corridoi che le camere. L’unica nota meno positiva riguarda la posizione in zona industriale: sebbene risulti comodissima per gli spostamenti, il panorama circostante non è tra i più suggestivi.

Il menù della colazione era piacevole, dovete lavorare di più sulla quantità del buffet offrire qualcosina di diverso e che si posso trovare solo nella vostra struttura in modo da far restare i clienti più soddisfatti.

die dame am empfang war gerade mal 2 wochen im einsatz und wusste ziemlich wenig um es mal vorsichtig auszudrücken - wie kann man sie alleine lassen? da braucht es doch begleitung und schulung. weder konnte sie uns die klimaanlage erklären, noch wusste sie bescheid über möglichkeiten / tipps zum essen, tee gibt’s ebenfalls nirgends (haben aber dann am frühstücks buffet gehabt), der rausfallschutz am bett fehlte und wo einen besorgen fehlanzeige, frühstück spärlich, …

Annerledes kult hotell
Fint hotell, våger å være annerledes 👌 litt myk seng for min smak men rent, kjølig og behagelig temperatur på rommet (varmt ute). Frokosten var litt liten, men gode og supert med lokale råvarer og produkter. Fikk veldig godt tips om restaurant av personalet, og veldig vakkert sentrum i Bolzano 🙂

Hotel med øje for detaljen
Vi blev modtaget af en rigtig sød receptionist, der viste hos rundt på hotellet og helt op til vores værelse. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker. Placering af hotellet er godt, hvis du skal hurtigt videre på din rejse.
