"A pleasant stay overall, though a few frustrations stood out. The lifts took quite a while to arrive, parking wasn’t particularly convenient, and the check in process involved a lengthy queue."

"The kitchen/wash area was great- all the basics for cooking, large fridge, easy to get around. Pool and gym were great. Check in/check out is a trap- they don’t utilise the listed on site reception. Keys (1set only) have to be collected a km away which was quite inconvenient. Even though it’s listed on hotels.com, there is no servicing of the-room during the stay. This is actually a personal rental, not a hotel with associated expectations of you vacuuming before leaving. Be sure to ask questions before booking. "

"Room was not clean The refrigerator door was dirty and sticky. Utensils had to be washed before use. Had to clean the shower waste of hair from previous occupants."
