Leonie at reception was very helpful and friendly. Standard apartment was great for the price we paid. We were on level 3 and still got beach views. We hired bikes and the other reception lady on duty at the time (sorry forgot her name) was also very helpful and offered us a free car park to lock our bikes up safely for the time we had them. We have already booked our next stay.

Very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Although some of the fixtures are dated it is a roomy apartment in an excellent location. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach across the road. Leonie was marvellous at check in. I would recommend the accommodation to others. It has everything you would need to have a nice stay.

We booked accommodation through Expedia and stayed for 11 nights We chose this accommodation specifically for a relaxing holiday. My husband is recovering from ankle surgery and the heated pool was recommended to help with his convalescence, but we were extremely disappointed to discover that significant construction work is currently taking place within the apartment complex. There was ongoing loud construction noise, which had a major impact on our ability to enjoy our holiday and is not what we reasonably expected when making the booking. At no point were we advised that construction work of this nature would be taking place during our stay. Had we known, we would not have booked this property. We were given an apartment right next door to the one being fully refitted. We asked to be moved and were give one further away, albeit older and tired looking. However the noise continued. We feel cheated of our relaxing holiday. We tried to cancel and move to more suitable accommodation but the Property Manager refused a refund or even a discount, which left us unable to go anywhere. I would not recommend this accommodation.

The ocean view from the apartment was amazing. The kitchen had everything in it that your kitchen at home has. The beach is right across the street, the pools are lovely, shops and paces to eat ae close by. We will definitely be staying again.

I like the property as it is right on the beach. The beach is good to walk on with a headland at each end plus Burleigh Heads to the South. The carpet in the unit needs to be cleaned.

Yes, the apartment itself is a little dated, but you could not fault the cleanliness and everything you need to have a comfortable stay is there. The facilities of the complex are excellent amd all staff are very lovely. A little bit of construction from the Gold Coast Highway and to the North of the property an old building was being demolished but we did not find the noise excessive. Frankly the closer you get into Burleigh the more constrution, noise and road works, being in North Burleigh this complex has relatively minimal disruption. Will come back for sure.

Great views, interior needs a big clean!

Beautiful views. Wasn’t overly clean (mouldy bathroom, all items in kitchen cupboards needed to be washed before use, sheets were fine but doona covers were dirty) which put an overall dampener to the trip. Washing machine ran but hardly washed clothes? Also we were on level 16 and the sound of the GC hwy was loud, not to mention night works that we weren’t informed of prior to our stay……….
