"I recently stayed at this Hilton property over the holiday weekend. The room itself was clean, well equipped, and the AC worked perfectly and quietly. The employees were also very kind and professional, especially the front desk staff when I brought up my concerns.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing mainly due to severe understaffing during breakfast service. Around 8:30 AM ,there were no plates available and guests were standing around waiting just to serve themselves. The employee working the breakfast area was doing her best, but she clearly could not keep up alone.
Several food items and supplies were repeatedly empty, including eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit, regular coffee, and flavored creamers. Containers stayed empty for long periods and the breakfast area felt chaotic and unprepared for the number of guests staying at the hotel.
Another major issue was that the hotel only had one elevator, and it broke during our stay. Guests on upper floors, including elderly people, were either forced to wait long periods or use the stairs. We were staying on the fourth floor and had to repeatedly use the stairs because there was simply no other elevator available.
There were also guests smoking directly near the entrance seating area, making it unpleasant to walk in and out of the hotel because of the cigarette smoke.
Overall, I appreciate the kindness of the employees, but I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
