Nice little hotel down the road from the main stretch of Bordighera, basic and nice. A/c worked great, the hotel was clean, nice little view of the sea and steps from a quiet beach and nice beachfront restaurant. 20 minute walk from the main part of the town. The train is apparent at night but the whole beautiful little city is nearby the train so just put earplugs in if you are so sensitive to it.

Staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a room on the sea side, but unfortunately at the level of the train tracks. Noisy and not a nice view. Trains started after 4am. Could hear person in room above moving around. Disappointed with room. Nespresso machine in room, but had to buy pod at 1€ Walk to upper town or Main Street along busy route.

Check-in is till 8pm, not as given at Expedia. Then it`s quite difficult to get the access and particularly due to the limitations on Expedia message exchanges: the hotel can`t send QR code there visible and non of both sides can send readable email address. Parking was practically not available when I arrived, so I had to search on my own place for my car.

Arrivé à 17h réceptionniste très sympathique qui nous a dirigé vers le parking pour la voiture. Nous sommes montés poser nos bagages et nous sommes partis quand nous sommes rentrés à 21h30. Il y avait énormément de bruit au-dessus mais c’était normal à 22h30. Nous sommes allés à la réception Demandé voir qu’est-ce qui se passer si il y avait une fête au-dessus un peu avant 23h01 dame de permanence est monté à l’étage pour calmer car c’est un appartement qui fait toute la superficie de l’hôtel où il y avait cinq personnes qui je pense l’avez loué pour faire la fête Ils se sont calmés et cela a repris à 1h du matin dans la chambre il n’y avait dans le bar. Même pas une bouteille d’eau minéral. Ayant besoin de prendre un caché. Je suis allé au Carrefour Market qui est ouvert toute la nuit donc j’ai repris la voiture. Quand je suis rentré, ça a duré jusqu’à 3h du matin. Les rires, les bruits de meubles qui bouge je pense que je ne suis pas le seul à avoir passé une très mauvaise nuit le lendemain matin on s’est réveillé à 7h du froid. Nous nous sommes aperçus qu’il n’y avait pas de chauffage ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain nous lavons fait constater dès le matin par une dame qui est monté à l’étage de la. Je lui ai fait montrer. Ce n’était pas le froid qui m’avait fait éternuer. C’était le tapis de poils et de moutons de poussière qu’il y avait sous le lit. Je lui ai fait constater aussi elle a été très sympathique. La seule chose qui était correct la literie
