"This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore."

"As a solo female traveller, I was scared to enter the hotel since the lights in the entrance are off, and will only turn on once you actually enter. The front desk is located on the floor above, so there is no one there. The room was poorly laid out, with barely any space to rest personal belongings. The curtains were filthy and stained, and there were flies all over the room. I checked out a night early because I felt uncomfortable staying any longer. Definitely was not a 4-star hotel experience, more like a 2-star."

In addition to the construction noise, the air conditioning was unfortunately not functioning despite the very hot weather. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows and balcony door open. However, this led to another problem, as the noise from the pool machinery made it difficult to sleep. We spent two sleepless nights during our two-night stay. Furthermore, the room rates we paid were exceptionally high. To our disappointment, when we checked out, we noticed that the room prices had been reduced to nearly half of what we had paid. Overall, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the noise issues, lack of air conditioning, and high room rates significantly affected our experience."

"This is a perfect accommodation for travelers who would want to stay in downtown Padua. The hotel is strategically located - five minute walk from the city center and ten minute walk from the train station. It fit perfectly with our trip plans. We spend a leisurely day enjoying Padua and its history and the next day we took the convenient 25 minute train ride to Venice 's St Lucia station for a wonderful stress free day trip to Venice. The hotel has all the expected amenities and the breakfast is really good. The hotel also offers a cheap self parking in a secure garage next door and they will register your car with the city so that you do not get fined for entering the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) near the historic center where the hotel is located."
