“Wellness, Frühstück, Personal waren top.”

“Good”

“Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Angebot. Wir gingen davon aus, daß es sich um ein Doppelbett handelt. Leider war dieses nicht vorhanden, so daß für die zweite Person ein Notbett hergerichtet werden mußte. Das Zimmer war bezüglich der Größe und der spartanischen Ausstattung eine Zumutung.”

“Lovely hotel, nicely situated close to the centre”

“Terrible experience of my trip!! There was bed bug in the bed. And air-conditioned pay for 3euro per 1day. I am checked out earlier than my schedule. They didn't refund for air-conditioned cost. I don't understand ”

“No English, no German, just one Person who can speak a bit Russian. First they say everything is payed, then someone knocks on the door, because it's not.”

“dirty room with many spiders too far from center...... Outside swiming pool is under construction.”

“Horrible check in system. 2 staff during the shift. Never on their duty. U have to wait minimum 20 minutes for the check in. There weren't many people but the line got longer and longer. Swimming pool is decent once not many people are present as it is small”

“Ja alles sauber, alles reibungslos gelaufen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Daneben gleich spa oder thailand spa und der aquapark”

“This is definitely a very poor hotel. The staff were nice and I felt bad for them and the guests. But as an American traveler I would strongly advise booking somewhere else 😬”
