"Our room had hair all over the bathroom and painting paint in the bathtub. Not clean. Breakfast is more like a continental breakfast. Would not stay here again. "

"Great location. Very close to Old Town and directly across from Sawmill Market- so that in itself made it very convenient. Also close to freeway so easy to get to other places around town. ( but no road noise). Very nice gym and bar area. The restaurant looked cool but we chose to eat in local restaurants. Rated things a 4 because no notice the pool was closed for maintenance for 1 1/2 days of our stay ( in 2026 hotels really need to be more transparent with amenities not being available- this makes a difference when booking, yes but also avoids a partially dissatisfied customer). On the flip side, the gym was amazing- very large and had a nice selection of weights, bikes, treads, and even a yoga space. The balcony furniture needed some updating and stabilization as the chairs did not sit level on the balcony- the table was also wobbly ( neither of these things could have been changed while we were there but worth mentioning ( room 407) so others are aware. The faucet design while unique made it hard to wash your hand as the faucet was set low into the bowl ( to avoid splashing but compromising basic function- still usable but just so consumers know it’s awkward- at least in this particular room- may not be in other rooms. Also the cleaning staff didn’t remove some dirty glasses over a two day period during our stay. Overall, very nice property- staff was wonderful- but at this price point, the little things make a difference. "
