“I could not find the hotel, arriving late at night, and when I called the listed number for assistance in finding it, there was no answer...at all. So I slept in my car.”

“A lovely hotel would stay again. So charming a very well decorated. The walls are from the 18th century’s so you can hear traffic. We had no issue with it at all. There was a French press in the room which was lovely. The issue was no actual coffee to put in it The pulllout bed was sloped. Probably better to put it on the floor. I would recommend otherwise”

“I don’t understand how this place is even eligible to be on Expedia. All the mattresses were dented or broken you can either feel the springs coming out of the bottom or the bed has a cushion running down the middle to cover the hole. The room was not wiped down or swept. Some items from the previous person that stayed in the room were left behind and was not cleaned for us when we arrived .Window covers are all broken. People are up all hours of the night making a lot of noise floors creek....

“Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

“You will not find a cleaner ,safer place in Ipswich ! Kudos to the team that refurbished the rooms ,the showers are the better than any rooms I’ve ever stayed in !”
