Super nice and kindy staff members, Perfect location. SBB can get you anywhere, and the bus to the airport is free with the Basel card you get from the lobby.

โWe enjoyed our stay here very much, the location is very central to the train station and trams, as well as easily walkable to main tourist attractions. The hotel is on a bustling street with late night bars. The breakfast buffet is provided with fee, but it was very delicious. โ
โEin tolles Hotel in Gehdistanz zu allen Mรถglichkeiten, mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Baselcard ist super und die Bags um sich im Rhein treiben zu lassen sind genial. Zuerst waren wir etwas erstaunt รผber den Preis des Frรผhstรผcks, doch es war sehr reichhaltig und ausserordentlich vielseitig. Es hat sich gelohnt. Werden es wieder besuchen. โ
โWalking distance from the central station. Parking was convenient. Room was clean and maintained daily without any issue. Lounge area has relaxed feeling and quite comfortable.โ
"The reception has been so kind for any request. However, the elevator has stopped while I was in there... and they didn't notice the customers not to use the elevator before it is being repaired. The room condition was not clean. I found a lot of dusts on the table and inside the toilet. The hair dryer was also dirty incluing the dust... I am doubtful about this 4 Stars hotel.. "
