I called no less than 15 times to each of the 3 proffered contact numbers when locked out of my room- no answer or call rejected. One of the numbers- on the official property literature and signs outside reception- actually said to me: “ I have nothing to do with this hotel. Cabin type feel a bit chilly even w heaters in Dec. Streets leading to property are very narrow so having a smaller car is better and follow signage for easiest route .
