"I have stayed here several times and has always been good. However, this time the hand shower was not working; the phone was not working, so couldn't get room service for a meal and had to go to the bar to eat; and at 7am the cleaning person banged on my door and tried to open it, calling "Check-out time", even though my checkout was communicated as 12:00 and I was just waking up! Not a great stay at all and nowhere near the standards I experienced previously at this hotel. "

"I was very impressed with the Ibis Budget Heathrow Central Hotel. I stayed here because of the price and wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised from the moment I got to reception to the time I checked out. The check in was pleasant from quick and friendly service to giving me a nice room. The room itself is extremely basic, but clean and comfortable. The bed and linens wear surprisingly comfortable, the shower was decent, not perfect, but decent. And everything was super clean. You couldn't ask for more for the price. My two complaints with the room however is that the carpet in the room really needed replacing as it had many stains on it and the WiFi was terrible. For one night, the price and proximity to the airport however, I'll be back."

"One night stay due to flying from LHR next day. Use the bus not the airpod if going from T5. Bus is a lot cheaper than the pod!"

"Great place for a short stay before or after a trip from Heathrow. The facilities are modern and well kept with everything you need on site. The Bed was very comfortable and the room was large so you could get a good night's sleep. The bar and common area is large with lots of comfortable seating all over. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of hot and cold options including fruit, pastries, cereals, cold meats and cheeses as well as the more regular hot breakfast items that you would expect too."
