"This hotel does not meet Holiday Inn standards based on others I have stayed in before. The only thing slower than the elevator was the internet. Glad I didn't have anything important to do the first 2 days of my stay. I couldn't even load the opening page of Netflix because it was so slow. The paint job on the accent wall looks like it was done by a finger painting 5 year old. The bathtub fixture was falling off. The sink faucet sprayed the vanity countertop. Breakfast was exactly the same all 3 mornings of my stay. Hotel scrambled eggs. Sausage links and under done potatoes. And they had one of those pancake makers that produced the smallest cakes ever. The trademark cinnamon rolls were delicious. Overall my stay was fine. Just didn't meet the standards of other Holiday Inn Express rooms we have stayed in before"

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. This is a review for this stay, but rest assured our first stay was as good. We are a family of 5. My wife, our three children, and I. That for starters is a hard sell. Many places can't accommodate my family size. The two queen room and a sleeper sofa works great for us. We also like being at the extreme ends as I know we are loud and they accommodated us. Upon our arrival the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful to get us settled in. Once in the room, we found a clean room with plenty of bedding for all of us. We like extra pillows and there were plenty. Surprisingly, there were enough towels for all of us. This is a common problem we run across. More often than not we have to get extra towels from the front desk. The mini fridge worked great to keep our beverages and fruits cold. Everything in the room worked as it should. All the staff we encountered during our stay were awesome. The pool and hot tub were great. The only issue we ran across was an ice machine that was acting out, but the staff found a solution to get ice for us. So that was a minute delay on getting ice. No big deal, the problem was handled by the great staff. Thanks for the great stay guys and gals!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable Stay and Great Value We had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton Glendale Phoenix North. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for the price. The rooms were well-maintained, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The common areas were clean and inviting, and the property felt safe and well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, making our stay hassle-free. We also appreciated the convenient location, which provided easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition and offered a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Glendale area. We would definitely stay here again."
