The room I had was nothing fancy, pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. I liked the good sized fridge and microwave, ample counter space in bedroom and bath, and push button lamp switches. Just wish the tiny shower stall was bigger and the thin towels could be upgraded.

Motel 6 in youngtown has the best staff

This place has by far been the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff has went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to my family and I. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and i am very happy with motel 6

The property itself was clean. The pool area was nice. My only issue was finding the hotel at night. The large Motel6 sign was either not turned on or was burned out. Once i found it. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The pillows were not very soft. That's my only issue about the facility

Nice tall Shower, no tub, in single room with standard bed, but the shower had a few hairs so not cleaned carefully. No shampoos or conditioner so bring your own. Two small soap packs. No closet but a hanging apparatus by the restroom. Towels are thin so you may want to bring a couple from home. Refrigerator was small but worked fine. Screen TV was small. Non-smoking room but had that lingering cigarette smell unfortunately. Front desk clerk “Cherish” was kind enough to give us a spray bottle with citrus freshener (like Febreeze) and that helped as we sprayed the curtains and bed sheets. Jack in the Box and Dunkin Donuts next to it so that was nice. The highlight was the pool. I got to enjoy a night swim before it closed at 9:30pm. It was a decent stay for one night.

Very run down, room was not clean, tv didn’t work & when we asked they did nothing, the noise of the thin walls, planes, trains, automobiles, cops, fire trucks and the clientele the place attracted made my stay 100% terrible. I even had someone try to break in. I did not feel safe the entire stay.

This property is in a very shady part of town right next to a pot dispensary. When we arrived, there were several items of luggage clothing and food that were out on the sidewalk as of being evicted from one of the rooms. The property is in poor Repair there was no Kleenex in the room, no hairdryer. The beds were acceptable. The sheets were clean. The pillows were good. The air conditioner worked as well as the TV. The switch for bedside lights did not work well.

The location was easy to miss, especially at night, because the sign was not lighted and entry was very small. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and parking was free, although I did not get the ground floor I had asked for (there is no elevator). The bed was nice, the lights had easy toggle switches, the shower had hot water, and there was lots of counter space, even in the private bathroom. But the sink did not have hot water, the towel rack needed one end to be secured (which was done), and the shower curtain around the tiny shower stall needed more hangers (which was done). The train travelling just across the street blew its whistle in the middle of the night, but the staff were friendly and accommodating.
