Looking up at the high bridge over Box Canyon, built in 1900 by the Bollen Bridge Company to support water pipes that criss-crossed the canyon where miners searched fruitlessly for gold. It is now a walking bridge that takes you into a tunnel in the side of the canyon wall - all part of an excellent hike along the Ouray perimeter trail.

There is a little bit of a climb so wear comfortable shoes not flip flops or sandals
