"The temperature in the room was ice cold, and I was miserable all night until finally the next morning it warmed up. The room smelled awful like rotten food and was very filthy on the floor. The next morning at breakfast I went up to the buffet and all of the food was gone from the warming trays. ..."

"They were defrosting refrigerator of our room. Frig stuffed with towels. We mentioned this was bothersome and they said they could move us but the asked if we had used the bathroom and acted that if we had it would need to be recleaned so we never moved.
