Great little cottage, great location close to Brackley Beach, only had alittle issue having no hot water on the first morning but contacted the property owners and they were onsite site to take alook and fix it with 25 mins of messaging

We stayed in a three bedroom cottage for two nights. We did not have access to air conditioning as when I turned it on there was a strong smell of something rotten. There were also Beatles and earwigs in the cottage. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain due to the springs. The property manager was great with communication, did an extra cleaning of the cottage (walls were not cleaned and remained quite dirty), and also provided a discount for the inconvenience. The cottage was not up to our minimal standards or expectations. However, the property manager was very kind, apologetic and tried to remedy what he could during our stay.

Overall it was a great spot for 3 nights. The cabins have everything you need for your stay. Nice quiet area. Only issue we had was earwigs in one of the bedrooms. Kept finding them appear over the 3 days we were there but only in the one bedroom.

The place was clean but smelled musty when we got there. Windows had been opened up before we got there. I’m questioning black mold on bathroom floor around toilet and tub. That could have been the smell. But other rooms were all cleaned.

Quiet setting, nice grounds. Some big shade trees, patio deck and chairs to enjoy the outside. Owner came over shortly after arrival to see if all was in order. The staff were great for tips and directions for sights and great food or shopping. Cabin was cozy, clean, all necessities, and a great comfy bed.

Yes it is a cottage, but inside temperature of 2 degrees!...heaters ineffective,no extra blankets. However,, the bugs survived the night. Coffee maker leaked, toilet ran on, bed not acceptable(low in middle and hard). Not a good experience overall. Charlene was welcoming and helpful. We booked 2 nights, endured one....asked for a refund but refused...booking rules I suppose.

We booked this because the website said they were open. No, they were closed. It looked like a nice place. Fortunately, we found somewhere else to stay. I haven't received my credit card bill. Hope they didn't charge me.

NIce clean cottage, great beach and area

cottage better than expected, clean everything provided for a good stay lots of pots & pans, dishes, etc. Deck with BBQ & chairs..no carpet but laminate..big plus..cottage kitchen to be redundant next year (doors would not close) lots of good quality dishes, etc. Made welcome by owners, other vacationers also. Would stay again..VERY CLEAN! Beach 26 min walk (10-Min drive) one of the nicest in area plus lots to see and do,close to everything..but buy your groceries in Charlottetown or Summerside..only bare essentials available in area.
