A really spacious, well decorated and well lit apartment . However the kitchen needed more equipment ( no water glasses, no sharp knife or chopping board for example) and the shower, both getting the water to flow and the temperature, was erratic .

Excellent apartment

The apartment (3) was absolutely spotless, it was like we were the first people there. Brand new washing/drying machine, oven and fridge freezer, comfortable, clean beds, towels and large table. There is no kettle or toaster, these would be useful additions, as would a variety of glasses (there were only very small ones) and there were only large plates and one cereal bowl. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and enough cooking equipment. There is good air conditioning in the main area. Please note there is no lift and 64 steps to the apartment. Not a problem for me but worth noting if you have small children or mobility issues. The area is a quiet residential area, with a small cafe/bar and friendly shop a few metres away. 15 minute easy walk into town. Would definitely recommend.

A casa estava super bem equipada, desde os quarto, à cozinha. Super limpa e de um conforto incrivel. Sem dúvida que recomendo. A 2kms a pé do centro de Braga e perto de tudo. A repetir.

Es un apartamento cómodo, pero es un tercero sin ascensor, de camas duras y un problema en el baño con el bote sifónico que deja un olor a tuberías en el piso, además no tienen actualizada la wifi, y no dejaron la llave de la puerta de entrada al edificio siendo un poco incómodo la entrada.

Bel appartement au calme

Très bel appartement au 4ème étage (sans ascenseur). Propre et bien entretenu avec climatisation. Petit bémol pour le manque de stores sur les velux. La literie mériterait d'être changée.

quase tudo de bom

Cet appartement est vraiment sympa ! L'appartement 3 ce situe au 4ème étage, (les gens qui n'ont pas un minimum de condition physique attention, pas d'ascenseur ce sont des escaliers !) sous les combles, entièrement refait, c'est très lumineux, cuisine équipée, lave-linge, TV, Wi-Fi de bonne qualité. Il y a 2 chambres, avec des matelas assez correctes, un velux dans chaque chambre. Il y a une climatisation (que je n'ai pas utilisée). Le grand salon/salle à manger/cuisne est très agréable. La cuisne avec une plaque a induction, une hotte, un frigo avec freezer, un four à chaleur tournante, quelques fournitures (assiettes, verres, couverts, tasses, ustensiles de cuisine ect), il y a des casseroles, une poele un peu fatiguée, prévoyez de l'huile et des condiments. Manque 1 bon torchon en coton et du liquide vaisselle. La partie salon salle à manger est agréable avec une GRANDE table carrée ou vous aurez vraiment la place de déguster un festin tellement elle est grande ! Il y a une armoire dans la piece, Tv et meuble TV. Il y a un canapé convertible qui sert de 3ème couchage, attention seulement pour personne légère, les gros gabarits préférés les lits sans quoi ce sera inconfortable. La salle de bain wc est fonctionnelle. Il manque une VMC pour déshumidifier, cela dit je reviendrais volontier dans ce logement accueillant, dont le propriétaire est a l'écoute. Le quartier est résidentiel tranquille près de tout, c'est super ! On arrive a se garer ce qui est appréciable.

O Apartamento e muito lindo, tem todo para cozinhar. Só que o Banheiro tem um cheiro horrível, insuportável tem que ter a porta fechada todo o tempo. Os travesseiros devem ser trocados.
