"Wonderful hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in, in Europe.
Think I got an upgrade, stayed on 11th floor, room was massive with stand alone bath, and seperate shower.
Mini bar, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, and apples in the hall. Only had breakfast one day as had to leave early on second morning, due to Storm Ingrid. But breakfast was great, buffet with huge selection of hot & cold items.
Definitely a 5 star hotel"

"Good location but running of the property seems a bit disorganised and cleanliness could be a lot better. The area is very loud at night so you will need ear plugs even if you are not a light sleeper "

"special place hidden in the winding roads near Geres national park, great place to stay the night in a rural environment. Marta was lovely and so accomodating, and the cute little goat on site made our day ;) "
