โIt was a wonderful stay. Clean room, well functioning elevator, kind and helping staff. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Restaurants, convenience stores, and subway stations were close by, easy to approach on foot. Room was small but given the affordable price it was never a problem for me.โ
โI don't normally post reviews honestly, but I do need to highlight my experience here. Our family stayed for 2 nights recently, and our first night wasn't great. The room was muggy because of a broken AC unit, and there was a musty smell because the same unit had been leaking water all over the carpet by the window. When I went to request a new room for my family, I was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do that night, but please check in again with the manager the next...
โThe only issue I had was they hit us with an amenity fee. Maybe I missed that part when I made the reservation but still I donโt like that just charge everything up front so i know what Iโm paying.โ
โIt was a nice stay. Nothing fancy but our room was clean, updated, bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well in the hot weather. We'd return. โ

The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again.
