"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. "We stayed at the hotel with our 4 year old and 2 year old. The hotel staff and especially the receptionist was amazing. We told her our daughter was turning 5 years old and she arranged a small birthday cake for breakfast. The room was massive! And very clean. The location is a little out of the way (around €50 taxi) but there is a bus service. Overall it was such a wonderful stay. The restaurant and play areas inside and outside was a great touch. "
