“This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. “Amazing hotel, extremely freindly staff from moment we arrived till we left. The breakfast was great, bar and cocktails great. The wine tasting evening was a surprise but really great value and high quantity food. The pool and spa with fitness was nice, only wish the pool was a little warmer. Other than that it’s a great hotel and the restaurant across the road with traditional Austrian food was also amazing and part of the hotel too. So if stating do try it out”
“Wir haben nun fast eine Woche im B_Smart verbracht und es gab fast nichts auszusetzen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hell, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Kaffee und Tee stand immer zur Verfügung und es gab keine Probleme einen Parkplatz zu finden. Selbst der Self-Check-in verlief ohne Komplikationen .
