We went for a cheerleading competition. There is a covered garage across the street but it was a more expensive option that won't allow you to leave without paying a 24 hour price. There is a parking lot to the side of the convention center that was a dollar more but you could come and go. We weren't expecting to pay for parking.

take money for parking, and be patient with the meter/arm on the parking lot, be prepared to spend a significant amount of time to get in and out of the lot...Als if you pay to use the facility with your organization, you shouldn't have to pay for the parking lot...
