The room was clean and quiet. Location was wonderful. The morning breakfast was mostly scrambled eggs and mystery meat for the sausage. The. Room was small but adequate and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small also the shower water pressure was weak. Air conditioner was very good. The balcony over looked a roof about 10 ft away.

The actual rooms and beds did not live up to the pictures and promotions. The outdoor pool was really dirty, and the vanity band around the top side walls was black with grime. With so many choices in Branson, I'll definitely stay elsewhere next time.

(The little things matter!). Enjoyed the sweet treats each evening in the dining area! Both pool areas were nice and well maintained. We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again!
