"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun at the indoor pool, but the tile flooring was very slippery & dangerous. Our shower was great, but there was no shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the dispensers. We were told the free continental breakfast was until 11am. We got all packed up with 3 children, and got to breakfast at 9am. We walked in and breakfast was over, and we were told we could go eat at the restaurant on the property, but would have to pay. That was quite frustrating. Especially with kids. "

"Parking was fine, we parked right outside our door. No street noise but you hear the rooms around you. Overall conditions were okay. Its dated and showing its age. The beds were firmer than I like but everyone has their own opinion. Here is how I will sum it up. It was $65 for a Friday night early April, in Branson. They offered a free breakfast, I had to leave before it opened, but to pay $65 and get a free breakfast it was fine. It had beds and a bathroom. I dont think I would want to stay an extended period of time but for the 1 night I needed it, it was sufficient. It is dog friendly, I missed that when booking but just wanted to mention it for those who are not pet people."

"The Breakfast buffet is the best we have seen in a very long time. Everything fresh, well stocked, hot. The pool, sauna & hot tub are so well maintained. Fresh, soft large towels fully stocked. Best part pool area stays open till midnight. The front desk are so kind and welcoming. They gave us restaurant ideas and guided us on best deals. The beds are very comfortable, great fluffy pillows, very clean. All staff we engaged with were very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"They claim to be pet friendly, but there is a $20 fee in addition to the Hotels.com price. There is also a $2 hotel service fee that they don't tell us about. Breakfast was terrible the first morning. We did not try it again. We were at the end of the building. It took about 5-7 minutes to get hot water to the shower. Only discovered the extra charges when I looked at my credit card bill. When I called about the extra charges they refused to make an adjustment."
