“Absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything was perfect. We even got upgraded! Room was lovely and clean with a pretty view from the 1st floor (2nd floor in North America). Location was excellent. Our favourite staff was Benedict at the front desk- she was so lovely and friendly. She was a joy to see at the reception.
