"We loved our stay. One blimp during the stay that we were not informed about that some items in the restaurant were not included in our all inclusive plan and required an upcharge. A waiter told us about that after we ate the upcharged fish. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to know about that before we ordered food. Anyway, the property is clean, the beds were a bit small but comfortable, food was great, drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend"

"The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants."

"The property is very safe and beautiful. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. This was our second time there. Unfortunately wasn't as good as the first. We had two rooms, one didn't have AC working correctly and they would not fix it and didn't offer to move us until 5 days in with two days left. Also had a sink leaking that wasn't fixed. The service at the sit down restaurants were extremely slow and food subpar. The market was fantastic. The amount of animals on property was amazing."
