“Quaint lodging, great location. A mom and pop style place, while being a more historical looking building it was clean and quiet just 2 blocks from the main restaurants. We enjoyed our walks every morning, thank you.”

“My third time staying at the Bower, I just dont think I can stay anywhere else! property is super clean, staff is fantastic and the location is great. The room are a bit small but as a solo traveler is not an issue at all . Just love this hotel!!”

“My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.”

“Not so good as it looks in the picture. The room looks old. And, breakfast was not good.”

“There was a ton of flies and fruit flies in the room. Feel like the food I brought was contaminated after staying in there. Paying almost 300 I would think I would feel the room is clean to leave food but that’s not the case.”

“The shower is a walk-in which is great, with different rain shower settings. The bed is a firm kind of lumpy. Lumpy in a good way. It felt comfortable to sleep on. The DIY option is a new experience with self check in and keyless entry. Safe and you could always text the staff even if they were not on site with any concerns or requests. And they were super attentive. Within minutes always a response. No parking on site but no problem! Half a block away is the parking garage you can do...
