The property was beautiful and the room was so spacious and the pool was large. My only con is that the on-site food is very expensive, but there are lots of restaurants nearby that are walkable and easy to get to.

I just wanted to share some feedback regarding the poolside food service. I paid around $7 for a bottle of water, and while I was in the pool, it was removed without notice even though I had barely drunk half. Also, there were no napkins for food provided. Overall, the service felt lacking and could definitely be improved.

Treat to stay at the LXR Hotel

We were in San Diego to visit friends and to get married on the beach with friends and family. A small intamite gathering. Returned back to the hotel after the ceremony to enjoy the rest of the evening at the bar and patio area. The bartenders were very friendly and accommodating.

This is as good as it gets. Brand new and wonderful. Every room has a decent view of the ocean or the bay. The grounds are lovely. Suggestion: Complimentary coffee in the lobby for guests. Everyone will appreciate this amenity.
