"We had a wonderful stay! The views are spectacular. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed using the wellness spa. We walked over to the E bike rental place and we had a wonderful day biking all around the valley."

"First hostel stay so I was a bit anxious of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! The public bus from St. Moritz Bahnhof stopped right in front to the hostel. 😊😊😊 The rooms were large and clean, daily breakfast was good. Because we stayed 2 nights, we got free tickets to gondola to go up Mt. Diavolezza - huge savings for 6 people traveling. Just note - we were asked to strip the bed of all linens. Didn’t mind it but was surprised."

"Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, especially if you weren’t a local. Customer service was far below what I would expect from a hospitality business. The hotel was filled with construction workers, which made it feel more like a worksite than a vacation destination. There was none of the calm, relaxing, or luxurious atmosphere that was advertised. The room itself was not clean. The bed had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet was extremely dirty. The elevator was also incredibly small—barely large enough for two people with luggage—which made moving around the hotel inconvenient. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again."

"No bus from the train station to the property. Would not recommend with heavy luggage. Very pretty in lobby but room was very spartan and no towels were given (which most places state in advance so you are aware) without payment for public showers. Sink water has to be pushed every 5 seconds to stay on. Two restaurants in town. No breakfast included. Of the hostel stays on this trip, this was the least guest friendly."

"Nice spa, handy for train station but beware, use the hotel shuttle/ transfer and not a taxi. We weren't aware of the possibility of collection from the station so got a taxi and were charged 36CHF for a 3 minute journey! Arrived around 6pm on a Sunday and there was nothing open apart from restaurants in a couple of the hotels so ended up eating in the hotel which was ok. Expect if we visited from end of May onwards there'd be more going on. Hotel gave us a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was really appreciated. Would recommend this hotel- lovely spa, centrally located & friendly staff."
