โI was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. โThe reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite.
