"I was surprised by the fact that a Holiday Inn do not offer a complementary breakfast or better said they told me I have to pay $10.00 and the breakfast menu is not even consider a continental breakfast. I travel a great amount because my job, Holiday Inn is our first choice when traveling disappointed if the brand goes in that direction on something that meaningful for the customer that travels."

"What I didn’t know when I booked is that this property is currently under construction/renovation but it was almost ready to reopen- apparently the rooms are all done and so they are open but just for the rooms. But if that’s all you need, I felt like I was in a Four Seasons room! I mean it is brand spanking new with all the latest accoutrements. The shower is fabulous, the bedding top notch. I loved it, and to think I only booked it because it was the cheapest room in town, I felt like I got a...
