Overall an excellent hotel. Very clean. Dinner offered in the evening so guests did not have to go out for their meal. Staff for the most part helpfull.

Staff was nice - but not very attentive

My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)

I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.

A parte non avermi dato la chiave la sera dell’arrivo, dopo avermi fatto fare su e giù 5 volte. Alla fine mi hanno aperto con la chiave loro e me l’hanno data il giorno dopo. Poi il wifi nelle camere prende malissimo e spesso si sgancia, pressione dell’acqua pessima e soprattutto la prima colazione veramente scarsa di qualità e abbondanza.

J'ai choisi cet hotel pour la piscine. Et en arrivant on m'a appris qu'elle n'était pas disponible. Le parking devant était réservé aux usagers du restaurant, obligeant à longer les poubelles pour entrer dans l'hotel. Bien que 4étoiles, pas de climatisation dans la chambre. On m'a dit qu'à Brest ce n'était pas nécessaire, il suffisait d'ouvrir la fenètre. Ce que j'ai fait. J'ai donc passé la nuit avec le bruit des véhicules passant sur une route fréquentée non loin (peut-être le point le + décevant).

Bjr, je ferai court. La literie était de bonne qualité. Tv ok pour moi mais mon collègue pas de télécommande fonctionnelle donc pas de tv signalé le jour même. Douche ok pour moi mais celle du collègue, douchette qui fuyait, signalé le jour même. Petit dej, pas de tasse, pas de couvert, il a fallut les demander. Table non desservies, obliger de débarrasser nous même pour poser notre déjeuner sur une table sale. Tout à été signalé, pas de geste commercial même minime. Peut être une mauvaise journée, un problème d organisation ces deux jours mais cela ne sera pas une bonne expérience pour le prix. Certains 3* font mieux pour moins cher.

J ai réservé une chambre pour laquelle il est mentionné la présence de la climatisation hors ce n’est pas le cas j ai demandé à changer sachant que le prix est le même mais l’hôtel étant complet ils ont refusé.Par conséquent ils ont ouvert les fenêtres de la chambre mais présence de moustiques et bruits de la rue ainsi que le parking Aucun geste commercial de proposer c est une honte hotel à fuir

Un ascenseur non fonctionnel Deux prélèvements le jour de mon arrivée pour la caution dont un par erreur. La caution bancaire serait faite à notre arrivée, ça serait plus agréable. Une restauration correct mais sans plus. Une bière pas dispo à la prise de commande mais dispo 5 min après. Un petit dej chaotique avec un choix limité par manque de personnel pour ravitailler et débarrasser. Chambre propre mais lit peu confortable.

En apparence un établissement plutôt chic mais pour le bon genre il faudra attendre des améliorations. Cela commence dès l'entrée. Il n'y a plus forcément d'accueil mais des bornes automatiques qui vous attendent. Vous devez rentrer, soit votre nom, votre numéro de téléphone ou scanner le QR code pour pouvoir avoir accès à votre badge de chambre. Malheureusement cela ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu attendre qu'une personne vienne me rejoindre pour me communiquer la clé de ma chambre. Ensuite il faut traverser du moins pour l'aile dans laquelle je me trouvais la salle à manger qui sert aussi pour les petits déjeuners, autant à l'heure que je suis arrivé, ça allait autant le lendemain matin. Vous passez devant tout le monde avec votre valise, je trouve ça un petit peu dérangeant pour les personnes qui déjeune. La chambre est agréable spacieuse et bien équipée. En revanche, il manquait le distributeur de shampoing gel douche dans ma salle de bain. Et un petit peu surpris de voir que dans le mur il y avait un trou qui a été rebouché avec un bloc eau en metal qui ne tient pas vraiment ... Pour ce qui est de la vue et bien elle donne pile poil en face de l'autre bâtiment, ce qui fait que vous n'en avez pas... Il est indiqué sur le côté de la fenêtre que la fenêtre est verrouillée par sécurité, mais là ce n'était pas le cas non plus. Bref, des améliorations à apporter pour cet établissement qui pour le coup n'apporte pas satisfaction contenu du prix de la chambre. Un peu déçu

Chambre très bien, propre. Par contre personne pour le checking de la chambre. Attente de 20 min à l’accueil. Restaurant service à revoir. À peine assis on demande ce que l’on mange et si on a pas réservé une table « il aurait fallu réserver » de la part de la serveuse alors qu’il y avait presque personne dans le restaurant.
