Called me a no show even though we called and said our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late- which the lady I spoke to then was quite nice and understanding. I complained to the front desk at checkout and not even an apology. Did i mention the toenail i found on the gross rug. I should of gotten some kind of discount.."

"The room was not cleaned well, there were hair clumps all over the floor. There was also leftover food in the fridge from a past guest.The door also didn’t lock all the way sometimes which was a bit of a concern. The staff were all very nice though!"
