Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. "Nice small hotel close to the city center and bus station. Shops and park where you can spend nice time walking is also in vicinity. Breakfast was tasty and staff was nice. The staff was not polite and it looked like they(3 different employees) were in a hurry to get rid of the customer. Finally, it was advertised that they offer free parking but it's not free. "

Štefánik's tomb. Milan Rastislav Štefánik was a Slovak politician, diplomat and astronomer. He was a leading figure in establishing an independent Czechoslovakian state following the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian empire after the First World War. He died in a plane crash in May 1919, and his tomb is situated on Bradlo (543 m) near Košariská, the village in which he was born.
