“A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

“Property is in desperate need of updates and repairs. While some rooms looked recently renovated we were in room one and it has not been. The carpet had visible stains, the bed was as hard as a rock and while they gave us a second duvet to sleep on top of it didn’t do much to soften the bed. There was only one outlet that was easily accessible. Another behind the bed ( that was unable to be reached and based on the amount of dust had not been cleaned behind in some time. “It was suppoosedly convenient as to where I wanted to be .Taxis were difficult. The traffic noise during the night interfered with my sleep”

“Rooms clean and well decorated. Those with mobility issuers would find climbing the long flight of stairs to reach rooms very challenging and sloping floors in bedrooms disconcerting.”

“Staff very friendly food really good, Parking is free but a bit tight to get in unfortunately not doing breakfast at the moment but something they are looking in to”

“3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....”

“A lovely stop over with our dog. Room was fine and bed comfy. Ensuite bathroom was also fine and clean. Food in the pub was good and fresh especially the breakfast. Dog given a sausage which he was very greatful for. A perfect stop over in a peaceful location”
