"i loved staying here. the rooms are fantastic, the views are incredible, everything is crisp and clean. the decor is amazing. the only issue i ran into was i needed a microwave to heat up baby milk. when i called down the man was very rude and said we don’t have that here. when i said im happy to even use an employee break room one quickly he repeated himself with “ok???” at the end. super rude. other than that one moment, excellent experience"

"Omni Parker House is an excellent value. The location is perfect for walkability, from shopping and dining to public transportation. The staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their service. They also have a couple restaurants attached if you need a convenient meal, room service, or a late night cocktail. We have stayed here twice and will do so again next time we're in Boston. "
