“we were looking for just a couple nights close to Sleeping Bear area to hike and bike and this location was perfect. We had a room on the upper level getting a cooler up the stairs was a challenge but not a deal breaker for sure, and BTW we are active seniors so that might not be any problem for younger people. We used the grill and had a meal outside on the deck, walked down the the beach one morning for coffee and in the evening to swim and used the kyacks. The firepit looks awesome but it...

“The photos are deceiving if you’re not familiar with the area - no waterfront view but fairly close walk. The kiddie pool was what attracted us and was “closed” due to chlorine levels but connected to the main pool. No evidence of anyone working on it over the 2 days we were here :( Elevators old and not clean, one went out of service while here.”
