They bend over backwards to help you—I got a horrible sunburn on a boat tour and the kitchen brought me fresh aloe. The food at each of the restaurants is delicious. Unfortunately during our stay the beach had sargassum so wasn’t usable but there are 3 pools on the property and a free shuttle to jacks beach bar. But the most notable is the fact that due to an excessive flight delay we missed...

“Very relaxing and quite resort. I solo traveled and enjoyed every moment of it! Beautiful room with a private pool and right by the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going to Princess Margaret beach. ”

“The front desk is amazing and very helpful. However, the employees in the restaurant seem disinterested to work. They are always frowning, never attentive and pretty cold. This takes away from the positives of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary water too.”
