Food was so good and had a special every night that we ate there both nights.The owner himself introduced himself and extended his appreciation. "A great place to stay! The view from the balcony was the highlight, the ocean and surroundings were exceptional! The property has well maintained gardens and wild life abound-far more than what we saw on the park tour! Capuchin and squirrel monkeys were regular visitors, including howler monkeys, toucans and a sloth in the nearby trees! The villa itself was well equipped, but could use updating. "This place is a Jim, I was so glad to have booked this hotel. It is a bit up the hill, but the view is phenomenal and the staff was amazing and dedicated to make sure my stay was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the air conditioning worked great, the rooms were big with a private patio, the shower was super clean. "Everything needs maintenance: The hotel room the door locks were falling off the hinges. THE MANAGEMENT was absolutely awful, the kid at the front desk was the most unfriendly person I encountered in all of Costa Rica. The rest of the staff at the restaurant and bar were so kind, but the management and rooms were awful. So sad this could of been a great stay but I will not be returning."
